Memory of Marionette covers not only Marionette, but also the events of Milky Way and Akatsuki/Ra*bits Tanabatafes. If you like exvalk, it's definitely worth a watch as it incorporates some fun moments between the members in between the angst. It's also got a original song associated to it, the song d'Arc.
Raison d'être
While Raison d'être does not significantly include Nazuna in the actual narrative, it still marks the first 3 star that features him in a Valkyrie event. Nazuna has prior to this only appeared in a Valkyrie theme gacha as a 3* (Toy Box)The event is still of interest to those who likes exvalk, as Nazunas past presence is alluded to at multiple points. This being established also means that Ra*bits and Valkyries climax events has either Nazuna or Shu/Mika referencing the other.

Marionette covers the main plot points in Marionette. A okay entry point but not a comprehensive source of the events. Has some significant parts that can be worth watching that differs from the source, like the specifics of Mikas birthday gift to Nazuna.The element anime adaption has a short segment of shus execution, although it's recommended to be watched with previous knowledge.

In the day version, Ra*bits and Valkyrie has a silly MC segment together worth watching. If you're observant and watch the night session too, theres a moment where Shus VA is about to walk out the stage and Nazunas VA drags him back.
